Drop our customer service team a line by emailing email@example.com. Let them know your order number, the item you’re returning and the reason for the return. Our customer service gurus will then confirm the address to return your item to. Please package the item securely and include inside the package: your order number, name and address. Until the item arrives back at warehouse, it will be your responsibility, so to avoid any nasty surprises, we suggest using a delivery service that offers and insures your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
We can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where: we sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage for items for change of mind.
